One of the most common issues in management is handling responsibility. eNotes states that responsibility is “the obligation to accomplish the goals related to the position and the organization.” The role that managers play in responsibility goes a step further: they are liable for their own responsibilities as well as the responsibilities of their workers. “Creativity is today’s competitive weapon,” as an article at Peter Stark correctly states. The IT workplace is becoming more and more competitive and innovation can keep companies in the game. The constraints of time, the mounting projects, and many other obstacles can be overcome through creativity.
